Associate Customer Success Manager

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer retention and growth by ensuring customers leverage the full value of Checkr's solutions.ResponsibilitiesSupport a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including but not limited to issue tracking/follow up, data and trend analysis, meeting coordination and management, and business review preparationDevelop a comprehensive understanding of respective clients within the pool to contribute to planned and strategic initiativesCollaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at continuously improving our approach to efficiently and effectively secure our customers' success, ensuring they receive maximum value from Checkr product offeringsBe the voice of the customer and partner with cross functional teams to provide visibility on customer issues and feedback across internal Checkr teamsOversees multiple customer projects throughout lifecycle including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancementsSkills1+ years of client-facing customer success/sales/account management/customer service experienceGeneral knowledge of software applications i.e. Salesforce, Google Apps, etcStrong customer focus, you care about your customers and view their success as your ownExcellent written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable mannerAcute attention to detail to track high-volume tactical program elements across multiple customersFlexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environmentLearn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projectsEnjoy planning, executing, iterating, winning, and celebrating our individual and collective successAn A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomesExperience in the SaaS or Human Resources space is a plusBenefitsLearning and development allowanceCompetitive cash and equity compensation, and opportunity for advancement100% medical, dental, and vision coverageUp to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning servicesFlexible PTO policyMonthly wellness stipendCompany OverviewCheckr is the data platform that powers safe and fair decisions.
