Description: What You Will Be Doing EMA is looking for an Associate Customer Service Consultant to join our project teams driving positive change for some of the largest water utilities across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate is excited to be exposed to a breadth of experience and assignments. In this role, you will have hands-on, practical opportunities to grow in your career alongside your peers and experienced colleagues. Your role will include supporting clients in implementing new technologies, assessing and redesigning business processes, vendor selection, and production of high-quality project deliverables. We develop lasting relationships with our clients and collaborate effectively to help them achieve their mission of delivering clean and safe water for the communities they serve. Who You Are • Early in your consulting or professional career and excited to grow in a client-facing role • Interested in learning about Customer Service technologies such as: Customer Information Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Work Order Management Systems, Customer Portals and web services, and various other meter-to-cash technologies • Interested in learning utility business processes such as Customer Service, Field Services, Operations, Finance, and Inventory Management • A clear and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn new tools, systems, and methodologies • Comfortable supporting project tasks, documentation, and data analysis under the guidance of senior team members • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous development • Interested in consulting work that may include travel and collaboration with diverse teams • Motivated by work that supports healthy communities and environmental stewardship • Willingness to conduct independent industry research and participate in industry training classes and webinars • Desire to learn new tasks and expand knowledge by working in areas where you have little to no expertise Who We Are EMA Inc is an employee-owned consulting firm focused on the water sector. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or another STEM-related field • 0-2 years of coursework, internship, or entry-level experience related to CIS, CRM systems, or utility business processes preferred • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Full-time position • Location: United StatesApply Now
