Associate CRO Strategist, SMB

Job Description: • CRO Strategy & Execution: Spend the majority of your time helping develop and execute CRO strategies for your assigned SMB clients. You’ll support in gathering insights, assisting with A/B and Smart Testing (Smart Traffic), analyzing results, and learning how to create experimentation strategies that align with client goals. • Internal Collaboration: Work alongside Growth Managers, Designers, Developers, and other Strategists to execute testing and optimization initiatives. You’ll use tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Meet to communicate, align priorities, and share updates across departments. • Client Support: Partner with Growth Managers to prepare insights, communicate test learnings, and contribute ideas during client calls. You’ll develop confidence in sharing performance findings and optimization opportunities. • Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying areas where clients can improve conversion performance or expand their testing strategy. Collaborate with your team to propose new ideas that can support client growth. • Skill Development: Actively build your CRO expertise through training, mentorship, and experimentation. You’ll gain hands-on experience with analytics tools, landing page builders, and testing platforms while learning how to think strategically about conversion optimization. Requirements: • You know how to blend creative, data, and strategy to turn insights into real conversion wins. • You’re curious, analytical, and love problem-solving. • You’re familiar with tools like GA4, Unbounce, Convert, Shopify, and CrazyEgg. • You’re organized, proactive, and process-driven — you don’t just want to run tests, you want to understand why they work. • You’re collaborative and thrive in cross-functional environments. • Bonus: You’ve got digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) • Bonus: You’ve got a creative eye for design. • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like VWO, Mutiny, or Feathery. • Bonus: Basic UX or SEO knowledge to help spot friction and connect conversion with intent.
