Associate Creative Director
As an Associate Creative Director at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative vision and execution for our client. Working closely with both the Creative Director and the wider creative team, you will lead the development of compelling and innovative campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages and engage target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the ITG team to develop creative concepts and output across multiple channels including website, and social. Lead creative project execution from concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with client objectives. Manage and mentor a team of designers and at directors, coaching and fostering professional development and delivering high quality work against creative briefs. Work closely with account management and client stakeholders to pitch ideas, present concepts, and refine creative outputs based on feedback. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and maintain competitive advantage. Support resource planning and project prioritization to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines.
