Responsibilities • Gather and analyze client requirements, addressing business challenges and opportunities. • Evaluate and enhance existing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. • Extract insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making. • Design solutions and document specifications, ensuring alignment with client goals. • Manage projects, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders. • Bridge communication between clients and internal teams, adapting to diverse audiences. • Support change management by facilitating smooth transitions to new strategies or systems. • Stay updated on industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to client engagements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. • Possess strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus. • Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services context. • Sound grasp of business analysis principles, methods, and best practices. • Proficiency in conducting requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design. • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks (e.g., BABOK) and their practical application. • Knowledge of SQL, prior SQL experience preferred • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their implementation. • Experience with tools and technologies used in business analysis and project management. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at dissecting complex systems and identifying business challenges. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and present insights convincingly. • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while upholding meticulous attention to detail. • Professional demeanor, client-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and building trust.
