And weâre looking to bring someone creative and clever, who has strong writing skills and wants to learn more about social media in the business landscape.What Youâll DoThe day-to-day tasks of a ModSquad Associate Community Manager vary, but basic responsibilities may include:Deliver operational tasks to ensure client success and satisfactionBrainstorm activities, opportunities, and content to inspire or grow communityParticipate in crafting regular content calendarsResearch and identify new trends in our services market and within social media usage and platform innovationMonitor social media platforms for trending hashtags, memes, and moreWork closely, efficiently, and effectively with internal departments as well as external clients and stakeholdersCommunicate daily with relevant partners and team members to ensure smooth delivery of servicesWrite and edit blogsReport KPIs to the development team to evidence successBuild reports that showcase reason, trends, and opportunitiesManage and respond to customers through forum, website, and social media tools (native and 3rd party)Support project management teams to meet client expectations and KPIsWhat Weâre Looking ForA successful candidate needs to have confidence and strength in the following abilities:Be a proactive, self-starter and independent contributor with follow-through on all initiativesHave strong problem-solving, creative writing, and editorial skillsShowcase strong communication skills (and feel comfortable with communicating the good and the bad)Engage confidently with internal and external partners on video and voice calls Be genuinely interested in social media (tools, platforms, usage), and enjoy the trends and culture of social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, ect)Enjoy engaging and developing a broad range of people, communities, clients, and trendsBe able to execute on community initiatives, measure results, and modify programs based on feedbackRetain and demonstrate excellent organization and time-management skills and schedule to hit deliverable deadlinesMust have active experience (professional experience preferred) with forums, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (other platforms like SnapChat, TikTok, Twitch.tv, Youtube, etc a bonus)Be a creative copywriter who understands the balance between professionalism and meta, fun community initiativesDesired skills and pluses:Bachelorâs degree or equivalent work experienceThe position requires excellent verbal and written skills, someone who is excited about social media and content creation, and has the ability to communicate, collaborate, and support effectivelyPlease ensure your resume showcases your professional social media or community management experience. If you have a public social media account you feel comfortable sharing, we encourage you to do so.
