The Associate, Cloud Administrator Specialist role involves applying foundational knowledge of standard practices and procedures to assist in operational and vendor responsibilities related to cloud subscription sales. This position ensures smooth support for cloud solutions sold to business, government, education, and healthcare clients. The individual in this role maintains accuracy, collaborates with team members, and contributes to problem-solving efforts using established procedures. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with CDW Sales and other departments to ensure operational areas meet or exceed client's transactional specifications and timeline requirements. Contribute to the completion of tasks associated with cloud transactions, including order fulfillment, provisioning, and invoice/payment reconciliation. Assist in resolving routine challenges and collaborate with operational peers to solve standard problems across various operational areas. Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate transactional information. Assist in maintaining accurate records for operational activity tracking requirements. Support continuous improvement projects, including participating in the creation of standardized process documentation. Assist in training and onboarding new or existing team members. Support ad hoc requests and provide additional support as needed. Qualifications: Associate Degree or 1 year of equivalent relevant experience required. Preferred experience in Sales Support or Business Support in the IT Industry. Other Position Requirements: Ability to work independently with limited managerial guidance, utilizing experience, decision-making skills, and established practices and procedures. Demonstrated ability in multitasking, oral and written communication, listening, adaptability, and time management. Willingness to work nights/weekends as required to meet client and business needs. Willingness to become proficient across multiple brands to meet client business needs. Experience in customer service, inside sales, purchasing, or accounting, using common business practices related to purchasing, pricing, and payment for products and services. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel. Experience with record-keeping functions and ticketing systems. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated follow-through skills. Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. CRM experience preferred.
