Associate Client Success Manager

The Associate Client Success Manager will support and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, helping to grow revenue and client retention through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role involves direct client engagement, client support, product expertise, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize client programs and ensure a smooth client journey.ResponsibilitiesSupport revenue growth and client retention with strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a dedicated account portfolioIdentify and qualify expansion opportunities to drive pipeline growth, acting as a lead generation engine for the Client Success Growth teamDevote 25% of the work week to live stakeholder interactions including managing inbound requests, facilitating scheduled growth meetings, and conducting in-person visits to maintain a robust partnership and opportunity pipelineAct as a client support specialist, ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience, quickly escalating and assisting in the resolution of any concernsBecome a product expert to answer client questions and provide guidance on how to best use the Grubhub platform to meet their needsAssist in client program optimization, leveraging data and internal resources to identify and present opportunities for clients to maximize the value of their Grubhub partnershipCollaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to ensure a smooth client journey from initial setup through continued serviceSkills1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, account management) OR a recent Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityDemonstrated drive, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to start a career in B2B Client Success or salesExceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsA proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a quick-moving environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitudeAptitude for learning and leveraging data to inform decisionsExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software toolsAbility to travel for in-person client meetings as requiredBenefitsEquity401KMultiple medical, dental, and vision plansCompany OverviewGrubhub is an online platform that connects customers with local restaurants.
