Role OverviewAs an Associate Category Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Wayfair’s commercial operations, managing a portfolio of suppliers and shaping the future of home retail. You’ll own category performance, use data to drive decisions, and collaborate across teams to grow revenue and improve profitability. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of suppliers across a specific product category Build strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability Analyse performance trends and adapt plans to meet evolving business goals Conduct market research and identify new opportunities Build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners Negotiate pricing and promotions that make commercial sense Expand product selection by identifying gaps and sourcing new suppliers Partner with merchandising, marketing, and operations to execute initiatives Qualifications Experience in management consulting, eCommerce, category management, or a similar strategic/commercial role Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with C-level suppliers Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities Curious and analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets Why Join?If you’re ready to combine commercial ownership, strategic thinking, and data analytics in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this is your chance to grow your career at Wayfair. #LI-HybridAbout Wayfair Inc.
