Associate Business Analyst - Client Success

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be part of the Global Client Success team, focusing on providing innovative solutions and assisting in the onboarding of Equus Workforce Solutions.ResponsibilitiesAbility to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution, this will require the ability to partner with your team for additional support when neededSkilled in organizing client technical information during client meetings by taking meeting minutes/notes, detailing exact technical specificationsAble to perform requirement analysis, configuration, testing and issue resolutionWhen requested, participate, or assist in the preparation of client webinars, conferences, demos, and other presentations to both clients and internal Equus teamDecipher technical client build document requirements by writing test plans and test cases for quality assurance and user acceptance, including conducting QA testing and reporting resultsGain exposure to Equus products and client projects; both technical and functional, with hands-on assignmentsDevelop strong working relationships with clients and internal teamsMay at times participate in a quarterly live chat rotation with other team members to provide exceptional service to our clients who are requesting online helpParticipate in team standups and meetingsParticipate in client working sessionsParticipate in other Equus internal initiativesSeek out information about the global mobility industry and software industries and apply that knowledge to day-to-day activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline from an accredited college/universityAnalytical and conceptual thinking skillsEfficiently handle data-intensive and time-sensitive tasksExcellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels within the Equus organizationAbility to quickly understand our client needs and technical expectations both verbally and writtenAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines by demonstrated organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and detail-oriented skills requiredTeam player with a positive attitude requiredRequired: experience with multiple software and system-based applications; Microsoft Office applicationsWorking or basic knowledge: Structured query language writing / SQL Server Management Studio understandingDesired: Technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and/or web technologyAdvanced excel knowledge, desired but not requiredKnowledge and experience using Atlassian products: Confluence and Jira applications, desired but not requiredLearned applications: Slack, ClickTime, Kantata, 15five.
