Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy Qualifications
3+ years of experience Preferred experience in Insurance Defense, General Liability, including Premises Liability Admitted to practice in NJ (NY, CT, or PA is a plus!) JD from an accredited law school Responsibilities: Manage own caseload and work collaboratively to develop litigation strategy Communicate with clients and provide status reports Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions Attend depositions and court appearances Perform legal research Benefits Fully remote opportunity Bonus plan based on reasonable billable requirement Company sponsored health, vision, and dental benefits 401K Unlimited PTO
