The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a strong commitment to client service.
Job Details
Are you a good fit?
• Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense files from start to finish.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Provide legal analysis and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
