Associate Attorney

They are seeking an Associate Attorney to participate in a comprehensive training program that prepares new attorneys for complex legal challenges while fostering a supportive and emotionally intelligent work environment. Responsibilities Train its associates to be competent and experienced attorneys Provide with a 2-4 week intensive training program Steep our new attorneys in a wide latitude of topics Train attorneys in the legal complexities of commercial litigation and transactional representation Foster an emotionally intelligent work environment Practice law with emotional intelligence (EQ) Interact with clients, adversaries, vendors and one another with kindness, compassion and empathy Pursue excellence in work product and achieving the right result for clients Attend in-person court appearances, depositions, meetings and perform the work of an in-person commercial legal practice Skills JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school Admission to the New Jersey bar Relevant commercial law experience in either litigation or transactional matters (or both) Outstanding academic credentials Judicial clerkship Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania bar Benefits Multiple medical insurance plans with an employer contribution Group long term-disability insurance with an employer contribution Group life insurance with an employer contribution Aflac short term disability, accident and dental insurance, which is employee paid A Fidelity 401K Company Overview The Nissenbaum Law Group is a boutique commercial law firm that has been awarded the highest professional rating (AV) by the Martindale Hubbell® Rating Service.
