The global creative studio provides total creative solutions, from insights, creative to content production and experiences, through access to our global talent network for brands around the world.HYPEMAKER is looking for an Associate Art Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.This position requires a flexible and boundary-pushing mindset to develop creative proposals for a wide range of projects, including video and image-based campaigns, pop-ups, packaging, and branding.The Associate Art Director plays a key role in the creative team, developing campaign concepts, generating visual ideas, and closely collaborating with the Art Director and Creative Director.Beyond design execution, this position oversees creative planning and production processes, working with brands and external partners to drive creative projects forward. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to develop creative direction.Work on branding campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and presentation materials.Develop visual concepts and creative strategies aligned with brand identity.Support creative execution for advertising and production projects.Assist in design planning with consideration for shoots and production.Create advertising and marketing visual assets.Develop and refine design elements for projects and campaigns.Support creative production processes, including photo and video shoots.Manage schedules and workflows for external collaborators such as photographers and video teams.Oversee budgeting and cost negotiations for creative projects.
