Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration
We’re looking for an Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration to join our team at Molina Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to help us ensure the accuracy of our provider networks and the smooth delivery of healthcare services to our members.To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong technical acumen, and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as healthcare management, finance, accounting, or computer science) is preferred. Solve problems and troubleshoot issues related to healthcare operations.
Monitor and review claims processing and data analytics related to healthcare services.
Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve operational goals.
Maintain detailed records and reports of all activities.
Develop and implement strategies for provider network optimization.
Provide technical support and guidance for provider setup and configuration.
Generate reports on provider network performance.
