Responsibilities Support day-to-day client service by issuing certificates and Auto ID cards and assisting with policy-related requests Review, process, and check policies, endorsements, audits, and quotes for accuracy and completeness Generate invoice requests and manage loss runs to support renewals and ongoing client needs Assist with the preparation of proposals, renewal materials, and loss summary analyses Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system of record, documenting all client communications and policy activity Contribute to new business efforts and support firm-wide client retention goals Follow established documentation, compliance, and E&O procedures to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation Engage in corporate initiatives and collaboration efforts that promote accountability, learning, and team success Take on stretch assignments that build skills, expand knowledge, and support long-term career growth Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to follow established processes and procedures Analytical and problem-solving capabilities Must hold or be willing to obtain required insurance licenses Ideal for candidates early in their career in insurance Company Overview RSC is an insurance brokerage firm that offers employee benefits, consulting, financial, and wealth management solutions.
