Associate Account Executive

The Associate Account Executive will develop strategies to increase market share by targeting physician practices and medical facilities, promoting the company's products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesContribute to minimal to moderate sales growth of existing accounts in assigned territory with supervision level going from high to moderateMaintain a high level of customer and patient satisfaction, devoting the necessary time and attention required to develop and provide this level of service to the accountAssist in identifying new market opportunities, implementing marketing strategies and developing sales plans to effectively penetrate physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers and related entities within assigned territoryAssist in selecting presentation content from company approved resources; assist with conducting large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects on all company products and their usagesProvide assistance in resolving reimbursement issues for customers, working within established policies and guidelinesSkillsBachelor's degree required0-3 years' experience medical sales, device sales, or pharmaceutical sales required or strong B2B sales experienceValid driver's license requiredExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in the Microsoft office suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoints, etc.)Ability to learn to interact with all levels of management, both internal and external, and customersAbility to learn to influence others to achieve desired results using tenacity and diplomacyOrganized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detailStrong analytical skills, strategic and technical analysis, and problem solving skillsAbility to drive and/or fly to meetings and customer sitesTravel 50% - 70% depending on geographic assignmentBenefitsHealthcare401k savings planESPPVacationParental leaveCompany OverviewMIMEDX is a pioneer and leader in the field of placental tissue.
