The Associate 3D Artist role involves collaborating with the art team to create visual game components, handling art tasks, and exploring new tools and workflows including AI-assisted creative tools.ResponsibilitiesWork with the art team to create new visual game componentsRendering 3D deliverables using Maya/Arnold/Blender or equivalent softwareRigging, topology cleanup, and asset optimizationTaking assets through the entire 3D pipelineIntegrating art assets and maintaining naming conventionsHelp create visually compelling assets for marketing and user acquisition, including support for interactive creative formats such as HTML playablesExplore and apply AI-enabled tools and workflowsAbility to take direction wellStrong problem solving skillsAbility to learn new tools quicklySelf-motivated and eager to learnSkillsExperience with Maya, ZBrush, Substance, Adobe Photoshop, and other digital content creation softwareExperience with Unity and game development environmentsFamiliarity with emerging AI-assisted creative tools or an interest in learning how to incorporate them into art workflowsA portfolio demonstrating your work and skills.
