Additionally, you will qualify to be trained for a Supervisory career in the insurance industry. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Leadership ability to grow the branch to achieve above average results. A first or upper second-class undergraduate degree Insurance experience while not a prerequisite would be an asset.
