About the Role As our Part-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll be a key player in supporting our Sales team’s daily operations. From managing pricing data to coordinating customer samples and documentation, your work will help keep our sales engine running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do • Maintain accurate pricing data in internal systems • Operate and update our quote tool for sales proposals • Prepare sample sheets for customer requests • Troubleshoot sales process issues • Keep the sales pipeline clean and current • Assist with customer complaints, shortage/damage claims, and billbacks • Support administrative tasks and team communication What You Bring • Strong organizational and time management skills • A knack for problem-solving and independent accountability • Excellent verbal and written communication • Comfort with CRM tools (Aptean, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office • Flexibility to travel and attend trade shows/events Qualifications Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) • 1–3 years in sales support, admin, or customer service • Familiarity with pricing structures and sales documentation is a plus Why Join Us?
