Assistant Project Manager – Right of Way

Description: • Support efficient execution of ROW projects ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met • Plan, organize, and oversee ROW projects including property acquisition, land conveyance, easement negotiations, permitting, and reporting • Develop and refine strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and tools to enhance ROW project execution • Serve as liaison between internal departments, consultants, property owners, legal entities, and governmental agencies • Provide support to the ROW Project Manager with data analysis, document preparation, progress reporting, and coordination of special assignments • Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and status updates for senior leadership • Ensure all ROW transactions and activities are documented, tracked, and compliant with laws • Maintain accurate records and contribute to audit readiness and transparency Requirements: • BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Experience in project management with a focus on real property for complex mega-construction projects or projects of similar magnitude (preferred) • Experience with acquisition of right of way, land conveyances, and reporting required to deliver these aspects in a highly complex construction mega-project (preferred) • Knowledge of interrelated aspects of real property in a design-build environment with multiple interrelated projects and functional areas (preferred) • Project Management Professional Certification desired • Ability to work Pacific Timezone hours • Travel may be required • Sponsorship is provided Benefits: • medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability benefits • paid time off • leaves of absences • voluntary benefits • perks • flexible work options • well-being resources • employee assistance program • business travel insurance • service recognition awards • retirement savings plan • employee stock purchase plan Apply tot his job
