Our Lender Services team safeguards investments and supports the successful delivery of complex residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. Acting as the lender’s trusted advisor, we provide comprehensive oversight from initial budget reviews through construction monitoring, evaluating costs, schedules, and risks to ensure financial confidence at every stage. With deep expertise in construction and project finance, our team enables lenders to make informed decisions and helps developers navigate the funding process efficiently, driving stronger and more resilient projects. Our Project Monitoring & Lender Services team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us in Tampa. What You Get To Do • Conduct site visits to assess project adherence to schedule and budget and review pay applications produced by the general contractor. • Review project drawings and specifications and all supporting documentation. • Prepare reports for the project Lenders and ensure information accuracy. • Evaluate the project's hard cost budget reviews/take-offs. • Assess the ALTA Survey review and various other construction-related up-front documents. • Identify project changes, provide administrative support, and undertake tasks as required to maintain workflow continuity. • Ensuring continuous feedback from annual reviews contributes to professional growth and project effectiveness. • Occasionally networking to promote the business, building client relationships, cross-selling services, and resolving issues promptly. • Maintaining familiarity with the local market, industry players, upcoming projects, and providing regular updates, while ensuring reports are thoroughly reviewed before submission. What You'll Bring • Minimum of 0 to 5 years of relevant experience. • Professional qualification obtained. • University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, and Engineering or equivalent. • Detailed job description available upon request.
