Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives
Lead and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals

Utilize planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive results
Champion change and inspire your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
Requirements:
3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
