The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our retail establishment. This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management, contributing to a positive dining anbd carry out experience while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Duties
ā¢ Assist in the management of daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
ā¢ Support the Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members.
ā¢ Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
ā¢ Maintain inventory levels through effective stock management and organization.
ā¢ Foster a positive team environment by providing guidance and support to staff members.
ā¢ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Conduct regular audits of store processes, including cash handling and retail math accuracy.
ā¢ Collaborate with the Store Manager on promotional activities and merchandising strategies.
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager within a restaurant store setting.
ā¢ Strong sales skills with the ability to motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
ā¢ Proficient in retail math to analyze sales data and inventory metrics effectively.
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability in team management, fostering collaboration among staff members.
