Assistant Luxury Travel Advisor

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Assistant Luxury Travel Advisor to support the creation of seamless, high-end travel experiences for an elite clientele. This role is ideal for someone early in their luxury travel career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with Senior Travel Advisors to bring complex itineraries to life. This includes researching destinations, hotels, and experiences; preparing polished client proposals; and assisting with bookings for flights, accommodations, dining, and activities. You’ll help manage confirmations, track deadlines, and ensure every detail is accurate and aligned with client preferences.

You’ll also support pre- and post-travel logistics—drafting travel documents, reconfirming reservations, monitoring itinerary changes, and assisting with any issues that arise during travel. Maintaining clear internal communication and keeping systems up to date will be essential to your success.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in luxury travel and global destinations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with travel booking tools is a plus

What Sets You Apart
You’re proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn. You take pride in getting the details right and understand that small touches can elevate a client’s entire experience. You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to grow into a full Travel Advisor role over time.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary with growth potential
• Mentorship from experienced luxury travel professionals
• Exposure to top-tier travel partners and global destinations
• Opportunities for training and industry development
• A supportive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence

If you’re ready to build a career in luxury travel and contribute to unforgettable client experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
