We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Learning Coach (Teacher) and Student Aide to work with students in grades 3rd-8th. As a KaiPod Learning Coach, you will have the opportunity to create a safe and engaging learning environment, support students with their academics, and build strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities
Lead and create a positive student culture, supporting students with their academics and social-emotional needs
Develop strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Provide personalized coaching and support to students, including goal setting, check-ins, and individualized instruction
Create opportunities for socialization and community building
Support students with executive functioning skills, such as time management and organization
Collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure student success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of teaching experience (preferred)
Experience working with neurodiverse students and/or other experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, tutoring)
Familiarity with state learning standards and ability to support students with core content areas (ELA, math, science, and social studies)
Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple learning platforms and curricula
Schedule and Compensation
25-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work in-person and remotely
Competitive salary: $35.00 per hour
