Assistant Fitness & Nutrition Coach (Remote, Part time)

MNS Fitness is a premium online fitness and nutrition coaching company helping women, especially busy working moms, build strength, lose fat, and create sustainable habits that fit real life. We’re seeking a part-time Assistant Coach to support clients using the MNS coaching method. This is a high-touch, structured coaching role working directly under Head Coach Marissa. This is not generic online coaching. This is premium support delivered through clear systems, standards, and accountability. THE ROLE • Support online clients using the MNS method • Deliver weekly check-ins and ongoing app support • Adjust training and nutrition plans as needed • Review form videos and provide coaching feedback • Help create a positive, motivating client experience • Work within established systems (Everfit) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Experience with macro-based nutrition coaching • Background in strength training (in-person or online) • 2+ years of online coaching experience • Strong communication skills (empathetic + clear) • Reliable, organized, and coachable • Comfortable managing multiple clients • Passion for helping women build sustainable habits • USA Based - EST or CT zone preffered but not required. Everfit experience is a plus but not required. COMPENSATION • $100 per month per active client (assigned by Head Coach) • Additional bonus opportunities tied to: Client retention, performance, and referrals.
