Assistant Finance Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis)

Delivery is what we do best and we ensure it is always fast and simple.The Assistant Finance Manager role will ensure that all vendor and supplier payments are made on time and are properly documented.What you’ll do:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget and long-term financial forecastsSupport in the development of financial models to assist decision-making processesCollaborate with department heads to gather inputs and ensure alignment with the organization’s goalsAccounting Support:Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payrollAssist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsSupport month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and account reviewsMaintain accurate financial records and assist with internal and external auditsReporting:Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial trends, performance indicators, and areas of concernAssist in the preparation of statutory and tax reports to ensure compliance with local regulationsInternal Controls & Compliance:Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesParticipate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracyCollaboration & Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support to business leaders.Act as a liaison between the finance department and other areas of the organization, ensuring clear communication of financial matters.Ad hoc Projects:Assist in special financial projects as needed, including system implementations, process improvements, and financial analysisWhat we seek:Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and reconciliation techniquesAbility to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholdersExperience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysisWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification like CPA is a plus)Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Advanced knowledge of Excel is highly desirable)Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracyMust be willing to work in the office in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) daily
