You'll work hands-on in AP/AR, financial analysis, and budgeting, while helping our clients improve business performance.Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and client deliverables
Support budget creation, variance analysis, and forecasting
Process billing, contracts, credit memos, and collections
Collaborate with clients, auditors, and internal team members
Recommend process improvements and reporting metrics
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data summaries)
Familiarity with accounting systems and documentation best practices
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
