Assist with the daily management of a banking office under the direction of the Branch Manager.

Understand major aspects of the retail incentive plan and business loans to coach staff to success.

Manage daily branch operations including overdraft management, vault management, and branch schedules.

Ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements within the branch.

Manage customer service levels within the branch according to established guidelines.

Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Apply policy for routine aspects of management when the Branch Manager is away.

Prepare and deliver performance appraisals for subordinates as directed by the Branch Manager.

Gain full understanding of the teller function and balance policy and procedures to make beneficial decisions.
