Schedule & Employment Type Monday–Friday, daytime availability Hours vary based on business needs; this is an as-needed position with no guaranteed schedule This position is not benefits-eligible Location Fully remote Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and follow-through 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with Cerner or other EMR systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience working in a matrixed or complex work environment Key Responsibilities Provide basic administrative and technical support to assigned leaders and teams Ability to independently schedule appointments and answer incoming calls within three months of hire Work Environment Collaborative and collegial team environment with ongoing interaction across departments About Company Indiana University Health is Indiana’s most comprehensive health system, with 15 hospitals and nearly 40,000 team members serving Hoosiers across the state.
