Assistant Account Executive

Catalyst is a company seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support their sales team with a focus on reporting and order management. The role requires building relationships with buying teams and managing the ecommerce asset submission process while analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales team on developing and executing long term growth strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with buying teamsManage the ecommerce asset submission processAnalyze and report out a weekly sales synopsis; identify opportunities and risks and share with account managersOwn activities related to market prep creation and post market follow-up responsibilities including system set up and line sheet and sample coordination and showroom setupCommunicate with customer service on open order issues; follow up on customer POs and monitoring shippingPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this positionSkills1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced wholesale environmentStrong understanding of retail math conceptsDetailed oriented, highly motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independentlyHigh level of proficiency in ExcelFamiliarity with retailer vendor portalsMust have authorization to work in the United StatesAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsAbility to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsAbility to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per dayAbility to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per dayAbility to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methodsAbility to reach at or below shoulder levelAbility to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etcCompany OverviewCatalyst is a founder & funder connection platform.
