Job Title Asset Management Specialist – Public Infrastructure & ISO 55000 Compliance Job Description: The Asset Management Specialist will play a critical role in managing asset portfolios aligned with ISO 55000 standards. You'll define asset hierarchies, optimize lifecycle strategies, and ensure data-driven decisions for infrastructure renewal and capital planning. Key Responsibilities: • Implement enterprise asset management strategies across multiple asset classes. • Ensure asset data fidelity, completeness, and integrity within EAM systems. • Align asset performance indicators with ISO 55000 principles. • Collaborate with engineers and planners to establish lifecycle strategies. • Conduct condition assessments and forecast asset renewal needs. Qualifications: • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Asset Management, or equivalent. Experience: • 5–8 years of experience in asset portfolio management. • Experience in transit, utility, or infrastructure environments preferred. Skills: • Asset hierarchy and classification systems • Lifecycle cost analysis and condition monitoring • Data governance and EAM integration (Hexagon, Maximo, etc.) • Strong reporting and documentation capabilities Certifications (Preferred): • IAM Certificate or Diploma • ISO 55000 Practitioner Certification If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and have the skills to drive sustainable solutions, we invite you to apply to join our team at AZH Consulting!
