Asset Management — Expert AI Trainer (US)

About this role: You will understand AI reasoning in institutional asset management by translating investment processes into AI-readable logic. By iteratively comparing human and machine judgements across asset classes, you will gain hands-on experience at how to use AI models that are changing research, portfolio construction and client communication.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience at a major long-only institutional manager (e.g., BlackRock, Vanguard, Fidelity, Capital Group, T. Rowe Price, Wellington Management, PIMCO, MFS Investment Management, Neuberger Berman, Jennison Associates, Artisan Partners)
• (Senior Research) Analyst or Portfolio Manager level
• Deep expertise in equities, fixed income, or multi-asset portfolio management
• Experience conducting fundamental analysis, writing investment commentary, and engaging with company management or issuers
• Familiarity with client reporting, risk attribution, and investment policy constraints
Project Info (Requirements):
• Commitment: 15+ hours/week, flexible scheduling
• Location: Remote globally
• Compensation: Hourly rate depending on experience
