Responsibilities Assemble products following detailed instructions and company procedures.· Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.· Inspect components and materials throughout the assembly process to maintain quality.· Perform testing on finished products according to established procedures.· Operate assembly and testing equipment, including Factory Acceptance Tester and 100-tonne press.· Take precision measurements to guarantee accurate fitting of components.· Align and assemble materials to create more complex units and products.· Conduct final checks to ensure output meets the highest quality standards.· Maintain assembly equipment in proper working condition.· Accurately record production quantities and track Lot numbers.· Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts for timely resolution.· Use hand tools and soldering irons as required for assembly tasks. Requirements · Proven background in a manufacturing or assembly line environment· Ability to quickly adapt, learn new tasks, and troubleshoot mechanical issues· Hands-on experience with inline inspection of components and subassemblies to ensure high standards· Good IT proficiency to navigate Microsoft Suite & production tools and systems· Capable of working across multiple stages of the production process with ease· Experience (not essential) within some of the following activities within a manufacturing role but with assembly at its core:· Materials Handling / Picker & Parts Replenishment / Stores· Operate manual or automated assembly machines· IQC / Quality / Disposition· Test Equipment· Electrical panel wiring· Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment· Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols
