Through curated playlists, high-impact videos, and genre-defining events, we help artists connect with their audiences in meaningful ways — without sacrificing their rights or creative freedom. Role Overview We are looking for an Artist Relations & Bookings Manager to oversee and expand performance opportunities for ELEVIN artists worldwide. This role blends relationship-building with promoters, festivals, and venues with the operational management of booking requests, schedules, and logistics. The right candidate will be equally comfortable negotiating with partners and supporting artists, ensuring every performance aligns with our organization’s vision. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for all booking inquiries. Build and maintain relationships with promoters, venues, and festivals worldwide. Negotiate booking terms, fees, and contracts in coordination with the organization. Align bookings with artist development and ELEVIN’s brand strategy. Maintain booking calendar and coordinate logistics with artists. Provide post-event follow-up with partners and artists. Requirements Experience in bookings, talent management, or related fields in the music industry. Strong network of promoters, festivals, or venues is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (other languages are a plus). Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Passion for electronic music, particularly melodic techno. Location & Commitment Remote role with flexible hours. Occasional travel may be required for events.
