Art Supervisor
Description Our GSW Santa Monica team is hiring an Art Supervisor. As an Art Supervisor, you’ll lead concept development, elevate design craft, and champion creative excellence across every project. This is a hybrid role for those in the Los Angeles area (2 days/week in our Santa Monica office). We are also open to remote candidates located on the West Coast. Please note: We are not considering candidates from the East Coast at this time. Responsibilities: Develop strong conceptual ideas that translate scientific and strategic insights into clear, compelling visual narratives. Partner with copywriters, experience designers/technologists, and strategists to build cohesive campaign concepts. Create and oversee high-quality visual design. Supervise, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level art staff, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and high performance. Work closely with cross-functional partners to align creative execution with strategic objectives and audience insights. Confidently present and articulate ideas to internal teams and clients in a clear and compelling way. Stay current on new treatments, technology, design approaches, and industry regulations to keep creative work relevant and innovative. Demonstrate flexibility in fast-evolving project environments and bring proactive solutions to shifting challenges. Requirements: 4-7 years’ experience within healthcare advertising agency. Portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and communication abilities. Experience managing creative teams and guiding work from concept to execution. Understanding of FDA and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical advertising. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
