Art Projects & Creative Operations Personnel
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive graphic designer who has an appreciation of art to support a wide range of art consulting projects and help bring creative concepts to life. This role will assist in providing creative production support.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Creative & Graphics Support
ā¢ Assist in developing visual concepts for art installations and presentations
ā¢ Collaborate with freelance graphic designers to produce decks, mood boards, and creative assets
ā¢ Ability to create graphic design images from Adobe Photoshop or other software for inclusion into proposals and project maps.
ā¢ Translate ideas into creative briefs and visual direction
ā¢ Maintain brand consistency across creative materials
ā¢ Project Management ā Art Consulting & Installations
ā¢ Work with art curator to meet demands of projects involving artists, vendors, venues, and partners
ā¢ Ensure projects move from concept to execution smoothly
ā¢ Executive & Opportunity Support
ā¢ Help prioritize projects and protect leadership time
ā¢ Support scheduling deadlines for site visits, installations, and events
Ideal Candidate
ā¢ Strong project management and organizational skills
ā¢ Creative mindset with appreciation for art and design
ā¢ Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
ā¢ Excellent communication and follow-through
ā¢ Experience in art curation, creative production, or design preferred
30-Day Probationary Period
During the first 30 days, the contractor will be evaluated based on:
ā¢ Communication and responsiveness
ā¢ Ability to manage projects and deadlines
ā¢ Quality of creative and operational support
ā¢ Overall collaboration and alignment
NOTE: Continuation beyond 30 days will be based on performance and mutual fit.
Compensation & Structure
ā¢ $20-$25/hr. (approx. 15-20 hours per week) - final compensation commensurate with experience and mutual vibration
ā¢ Contract (1099)
ā¢ Remote position
ā¢ Part-time to start, with potential to expand
ā¢ Hourly or project-based (based on experience)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
