If you're passionate about co-development, game art, or solving technical challenges on a global scale.As an Art Producer at Devoted Studios, you’ll act as the bridge between our clients (game developers and publishers) and our internal and external art teams. You’ll manage timelines, deliverables, communication, and quality control — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on spec, and to the high creative standard our partners expect.This is an ideal role for someone with strong production coordination experience in game art, animation, or creative services, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage multiple 2D and 3D art projects from brief to delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, ensuring updates, milestones, and expectations are clearly aligned. Work closely with internal project managers, art leads, and external vendors/freelancers to maintain schedules and resource plans. Track progress, assess risks, and proactively solve production bottlenecks. Collaborate with Art Director to maintain consistency, quality, and artistic integrity across all deliverables. Assist in creating documentation, reports, and visual reference guides for client and internal use. Support budgeting and resource allocation with Producers and Business Development as needed. Ensure smooth handoffs between teams across time zones, departments, and disciplines.Requirements3+ years of production or project management experience in the games industry. Strong understanding of 2D and/or 3D art pipelines — concept, modeling, texturing, animation, and integration. Experience coordinating with external vendors, outsourcing partners, or distributed teams. Excellent communication and organization skills — you can keep multiple teams aligned and motivated. A problem-solver mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, ShotGrid, Asana, etc.) and versioning/file-sharing systems (Perforce, Miro, Google Suite, etc.). A passion for games and art production. Nice to Have: Background in an art-related field (e.g., art school, digital media degree, or past experience as an artist).
