Art Director

We are looking for an Art Director who will be responsible for directing creative work including audience promotions and advertising as well as generating visual concepts in response to clients’ requirements. Assists with audience research and develops creative briefs and design concepts to meet business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the creative process from concept to completionIntroduces and applies expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projectsPlans and oversees the development of company advertisementsEnsures a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaignsTakes ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitchesEnsure that creative ideas and executions support client business goals.Partner with the Marketing Team to identify opportunities to promote creative capabilities, success stories Works with executives and other creative leaders to set project timelines and content goalsPresents project information such as timelines and stories to executives and clientsFocus on the entire body of work, ensure that creative work is compelling, consistent, adheres to brand standards, and accomplishes established goals;Uncovers new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.Supervises and reviews all work completed by the creative team, providing direction and feedback
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
4~5 years solid experience in the roleExceptional portfolio with minimum 3 years demonstrated conceptual thinking and brand copywriting experienceFull mastery of the different multi-media tools (eg. Adobe Suites)Broad understanding of marketing design and layout will also be expectedAbility to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual conceptsPassion for advertising and the artsKeen eye for visual details and accuracyAble to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.Ability to know the latest art and design packagesAwareness of digital media and evolving online platformsInnovative approach to the media and the ways in which advertising is carried
