Arrears Executive – Fully Remote Salary of £26,000 per annum. What You’ll Be Doing As an Arrears Executive, you’ll be a reassuring voice for customers who are navigating challenging financial situations. Day to day, you will: Speak with customers undergoing the debt recovery process—listening carefully, showing empathy, and helping ease their concerns Carry out income and expenditure assessments to understand affordability and establish sustainable repayment plans Use your judgement to signpost customers to external support organisations such as Citizens Advice or charitable debt services Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who brings not just skills, but heart: A people person who is friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service Someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and making a positive difference A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment Naturally proactive, curious, and solution‑focused Experience in an Arrears or Collections role Previous experience supporting vulnerable customers in a regulated environment Benefits Why Target Group?
