GFT is seeking a Solution Architecture professional to guide the technical and architectural design of FICO solutions, mentoring a team and defining standards. The role involves ensuring excellence, performance, and scalability within complex FICO ecosystems. This position is remote and requires a strong understanding of FICO platforms and DevOps/MLOps practices. Requirements Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java and/or Python Systems Architecture: Strong domain in distributed architecture design, microservices, APIs and integration of high-performance systems Databases: Strong domain in SQL and experience with different types of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), as well as familiarity with Big Data concepts DevOps & MLOps: Experience in designing and implementing automation pipelines for deployment, monitoring and traceability (CI/CD) for the life cycle of FICO models and rules Messaging: Knowledge in high-volume messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) Version Control: Domain in Git Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on optimization for FICO solutions Operating Systems: Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments Agile Methodologies: Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile structures Project Management: Skill to manage various workflows and priorities simultaneously Relevant experience in software development, system architecture or data engineering, experience in a leadership technical position. Preferably in a high-criticality and volume environment in the financial sector.
