The Area Sales Manager for Ekurhuleni and Mpumalanga will become an important part of HemoCue ZA. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and for actively prospecting new accounts while maximizing sales potential with existing customers. You will be the primary external representative of HemoCue and must convey a sense of expertise with HemoCue products, services and capabilities as well as serve as a key educator to our customer business accounts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Grow market share by winning competitive accounts and expanding existing business within Ekurhuleni and Mpumalanga Provide on-going customer service and after sales support Grow sales in assigned territories with value selling to both Government and Private healthcare customers Accurate record keeping in CRM system Provide product training and first line service support to customers The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor of Science – Biomedical, Nursing, Bioscience Drivers license Respiratory therapy, clinical lab, nursing or similar work experience beneficial Experience in sales/customer service Fluent in verbal and written English It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Additional language Strong written, oral and technical presentation skills to both internal and external customers Experience in sales/customer service Strong interpersonal communication skills At HemoCue we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
