The Role:

ā¢ Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
ā¢ Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles.
ā¢ Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.
ā¢ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth.

Key Qualifications:
Experience:
ā¢ 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
ā¢ Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
ā¢ Exceptional team-building capability.
ā¢ Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making.
ā¢ Basic personal computer literacy.
ā¢ Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.
ā¢ Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
Education/Certifications:
ā¢ College or University Degree preferred.
