They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in reviewing existing buildings, conducting field observations, and performing plan reviews, with a focus on technical and practical solutions for various commercial building types.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the review and evaluation of existing buildings and new constructionPerform field observations for property condition assessments, construction loan monitoring and new constructionPerform plan reviews for general code compliance and adequacy of construction, including coordination, detailing, and building materials and systemsPerform cost comparison and budget analysis for new construction projectsPerform existing building replacement cost evaluationsAssist in architectural/engineering repair projects for existing buildingsTravel as needed to project sites in the Northeast regionSkillsBachelor's or master's degree in architecture or architectural engineering1-5 years of experience at an architecture firm is ideal.
