Architectural Project Coordinator

The role involves assisting in the review and evaluation of building projects, performing field observations, and conducting cost analysis for new construction. Responsibilities Assist in the review and evaluation of existing buildings and new construction Perform field observations for property condition assessments, construction loan monitoring and new construction Perform plan reviews for general code compliance and adequacy of construction, including coordination, detailing, and building materials and systems Perform cost comparison and budget analysis for new construction projects Perform existing building replacement cost evaluations Assist in architectural/engineering repair projects for existing buildings Travel as needed to project sites in the Northeast region Skills Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or architectural engineering 1-5 years of experience at an architecture firm is ideal.
