Responsibilities Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients in a variety of industries Apply knowledge of architectural design Work on zoning, building codes, and building systems and materials Utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals including less experienced Architects and Designers Deliver excellence in all phases of projects, from planning through construction administration and close-out Maintain firm-wide quality standards while working closely with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects Actively work on advanced technology facilities with clients and produce cutting edge design solutions supporting the development of Open AI and other critical facilities Skills Bachelor in Architecture from an accredited Architectural Program 1 or more years of professional experience, including strong Revit skills Demonstrated program experience in the usage of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and Adobe suite Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations required Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams Ability to travel to project sites in the US Masters in Architecture Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments) Participation in professional organizations LEED AP credentials Benefits Medical Dental Vision Basic life insurance 401(k) plan The ability to purchase company stock at a discount Deferred compensation plan Executive Deferral Plan Unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) Seven paid holidays Caregiver leave Merit increases Performance discretionary bonus Stock Company Overview Jacobs leads the global professional services sector delivering solutions for a more connected, sustainable world.
