Role OverviewAs an Archer GRC Trainee, you will support the implementation, administration, and reporting of GRC solutions while learning industry best practices and compliance frameworks. The role offers structured learning and exposure to real‑world GRC operations. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the configuration and administration of RSA Archer eGRC modulesSupport GRC activities such as risk assessments, compliance tracking, and issue managementCreate and maintain Archer searches, reports, and dashboardsHelp manage Archer users, roles, workflows, and access controlsSupport data analysis and reporting for risk and compliance insightsAssist in documenting GRC processes, system configurations, and proceduresCollaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and support GRC initiatives General Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)Ability to develop and build applications (web or low‑code) with hands‑on exposureGood understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentWillingness to learn continuously, accept feedback, and grow professionally
