A/R Collections Representative(Entry Level)
About the position
Join a leading medical device and supplies company as a Collections Representative. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic Accounts Receivable (AR) team during a period of growth. Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist in cleaning up the backlog of Accounts Receivable invoices.
ā¢ Follow up with escalated accounts to ensure payment of past due balances.
ā¢ Process and print copies of invoices for 50-100 customers.
ā¢ Perform ad hoc Excel tasks, including creating charts, graphs, data manipulation, and subtotaling of customers' financial information.
Requirements
ā¢ Degree in Accounting, with a career path interest in Accounting and Finance.
ā¢ Proficiency in Excel, particularly in using vlookups and pivot tables.
ā¢ 6 months to 1 year of experience in a corporate setting.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Customer-oriented approach.
ā¢ Experience with ERP systems, with SAP being a major plus.
ā¢ Hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
