La Faculté de droit, Section de droit civil cherche à recruter des professeur.es à temps partiel qui se distinguent par leur expertise et qui jouent un rÎle de premier plan dans la profession juridique. Pour enseigner ce cours, le ou la candidat.e doit :
- Détenir un LL.L. ou un LL.B. (ou leur équivalent);
- Ătre membre en rĂšgle du Barreau du QuĂ©bec, du barreau dâune autre province ou de la Chambre des notaires du QuĂ©bec;
- Avoir une expĂ©rience significative et pertinente dans le domaine concernĂ© par ce cours et/ou dĂ©tenir un diplĂŽme dâĂ©tudes supĂ©rieures dans ce domaine et/ou avoir contribuĂ© Ă la recherche par des publications acadĂ©miques dĂ©montrant une expertise reconnue dans ce domaine;
- Le fait dâavoir une expĂ©rience dâenseignement universitaire dans une facultĂ© de droit est un atout.
